Program Overview


Creed, Inc. is a program to help new home buyers with down payment assistance to help them purchase a new home and thus fulfill the American Dream. There are no geographical restrictions for this program.


Who is eligible for this program?


Borrower must qualify for a loan using an eligible loan program, such as FHA. Borrower must qualify through a participating mortgage lender. The seller must participate by contracting up to the full market value and offer buyers the option of consolidating expenses and down payment with Creed. The seller in turn replenishes the Creed fund equal t the gift amount plus a modest administration fee after closing. There are no income or asset limitations.

Creed funding is used to pay the needed down payment, but is not intended to qualify buyers for the home loan approval.

Benefit Details


Creed supplies the needed downpayment in the form of a gift. No repayment of the gift is required. The maximum gift is determined by the price of the home being purchased and the financing available to complete the purchase.

Benefit: Free money for both first time and repeat homebuyers. Free money for both new and resale homes. No repayment of gift money, no income or asset limit and no geographical restrictions.
