Program Overview

Wells Fargo Mortgage Express is a reduced documentation program with stated-income/stated-asset features and may provide point-of-sale decisions. All 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico are eligible.

Who is eligible for this program?

A minimum credit score (FICO) of 680 is required. Some transactions may require a higher credit score. There are no borrower income limits. The down payment required is 10%. The minimum borrower investmest required is 10% of the borrower's own funds or gift. No cash reserves are required. Funds can be used for home purchases or rate/term refinance. Is this program for first time buyers only? Yes

All 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico are eligible. Allowable property types: Single family homes, condos/PUDs

Benefit Details

Loan types available are 10-, 15-, 20-, and 30-year fixed rate terms, and 3/1, 5/1, 7/1, and 10/1 ARMs. Homebuyer Counseling / Education Required: No Owner Occupancy Required: Yes Other Program Comments: Occupancy requirements are owner occupied and second home. Non-occupant co-borrowers are allowed.
