Nonprofit Program Overview

Disability Connection is a resource center designed to provide support to families whose children have special needs and to serve as a resource to professionals working with these families. Through efforts to provide emotional support, information and training Disability Connection empowers families and professionals to work together to maximize choices and opportunities for special needs children and their families. A lending library is available to families and professionals. Disability Connection is available to the following communities: Larimer County Fort Collins Weld County
