Nonprofit Program Overview

Committed to the maintenance of severely emotional and behaviorally disturbed children and adolescents in their homes whenever possible, or in the least restrictive, closest to home/community placement. Services include: outpatient services, family preservation, mental health core services, psychiatric services, day treatment and residential placement. This is not a walk-in facility. Administrative offices for the center are also located at this address.

Admission requirements:

Must be 0 - 18 years of age to obtain services.

Fee schedule:

Services are based on a sliding scale. Accept medicaid, medicare, CHP+, private insurance and self pay.

Languages spoken by staff:

Spanish and American Sign must be requested when scheduling an apppintment.
